Step 1: DISCOVER

Meet your Business Development Associate

What pain or pleasure lies at the foundation of your hardscape vision? Whether a cracked patio or your life-long dream of an outdoor kitchen that could make a chef swoon, your driving force is our core focus. During your Discovery call, we ask pointed, experience-driven questions to unearth your vision and ensure we’re the perfect fit for your project.

Step 2: Define

At this point, we’re gathering all the details necessary to create your Design plan. While we encourage you to take an active, involved role every step of the way, we’re also committed to sharing expert suggestions and ideas. (And we’re completely capable of taking the reins, should you prefer a hands-off approach.) The choice is up to you, and Defining the key is the result: a detailed outline of your hardscape vision that includes form, function, dimensions, and extras.

Step 3: Design

Meet your Lead Designer

One of the more exciting steps for our clients, the Design phase is where pencil meets paper—and then some. Relying on our team’s deep experience and artisanship, we bring your vision to life with 2D and 3D renderings, colored drawings, and detailed plans. And this is no one-and-done step. It’s an iterative, collaborative process, wherein we present concepts, invite your feedback, and continue refining the Design until you’re ready for final approval.

Step 4: Detail

It’s all in the Details, and with our design and agreement finalized, it’s time to confirm specifics. Although we’ve made preliminary suggestions for style, shape, color, material, etc. during the design phase, the Detail phase is when we verify those decisions, confirm measurements, and map out the project plan and timelines.

STEP 5: DELIVER

Meet your Project Manager

It’s time to make it real. In the Deliver phase, we:
• Procure materials
• Kick off the build schedule
• Launch the construction process
At the end of Delivery, the vision that began this process will no longer exist solely in your mind. In fact, you’ll be living in that vision, enjoying the outdoor space of your dreams.
